Illinois, moves for a continuance of the hearing
in this matter,

This matter is set for hearing
on Wednesday, October 8, 2003,
at 9:00 a.m.
at
the Pollution Control Board
Hearing
Room,
1021
North
Grand Avenue East, Springfield,
Illinois.
2.
The undersigned, Assistant Attorney General
Phillip
McQuillan,
is the attorney
assigned to
present the case on behalf of Complainant.
3.
From October 6 through October 9, 2003,
the undersigned will
be attending the
Midwest Environmental Enforcement Association Training
Conference
in
Madison, Wisconsin.
4.
On
September
19,
2003, the undersigned
spoke with an
attorney who is in
contact with Walter Deemie: and,
the undersigned conveyed
the aforementioned schedule
conflict
and
stated that a continuance would
be sought.
5.
The undersigned was advised
that Mr.
Deemie did
not have any objection to
a
continuance of the hearing.
6.
This continuance is not sought for the purpose of delay.
7.
The granting
of this continuance will not prejudice the parties.
8.
The granting of this continuance will serve the ends of justice.
