    This petition for adjusted standard was filed on July 13,
    1990.
    On January 9,
    1992, the Board directed the parties to file
    a status report to be received by the Board no later than January
    31,
    1992.
    Petitioner’s status report states that a request for
    similar relief is pending before the United States Environmental
    Protection Agency with no indication of when action will be
    taken.
    The Board directs the petitioner to file an additional
    status report with the Board to be received by the Board no later
    than May 4,
    1992.
