    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 12, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner is working with the Office of the State Fire Marshall (OSFM) to
    determine the amount of late fees due. Once that issue is resolved, petitioner expects to receive a
    letter of eligibility from OSFM. The parties will then be able to settle this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
