Supplementary
Order:
The order
issued
by
this
Board
on
November
8,
1971
in
the
instant
variance
case
was
incomplete
when
compared
to
the
order
in similar mercury regulation variance cases inasmuch as it did
not
specify a figure in
pounds
of mercury to which the potition2r
would be limited for the one year terzt of the var~ancogrant.
Such a figure was unspecified in the order of November 8 becan~c
testimony relating to petitioner’s total annual dis~thargeof
waste water was not in the record.
We will direct the company to
submit this flow information within 14 days by affidavit.
Upon
receipt of these
verified
facts
it
nay
be
appropriate
tot
this
Board to vacate its order of Noveirbctr
8 and rewrite it to include
a pound ithitation.
It is
so
ordered.
