    The parties are hereby notified that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer
    identified below. From this date forward, any pleading or document filed with the Clerk of the
    Board in this matter must also be served individually on the hearing officer. .
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on June 24, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
