HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On June 9, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner’s attorney will contact its environmental

consultant to determine the status of closure activities and the necessity of maintaining this

appeal.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
