ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by 3.
 D.
 Duinelle):
This matter comes before
 the Board upon
 an October
 2,
 1986,
petition
for variance filed on behalf of Deere
 & Company.
 That
petition is deficient
 in that it fails to
 include
 a plan
 for
compliance during
 the term of variance pursuant
 to 35 Ill.
 Adm.
Code 104.121(f).
 While
 the petition does contain
 an allegation
that site—specific relief will
 be requested,
 that does not
constitute
 a sufficient plan.
Unless and amended petition
 is
filed within 45 days of the
date of this Order curing
 the above—noted defects,
 this matter
will
 be subject to dismissal.
IT
 IS SO ORDERED.
