HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 11, 2004, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The proposed

discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: respondent to serve answers to

complainant’s written discovery on or before July 1, 2004; respondent to serve its written

discovery on or before June 15, 2004; complainant to serve its answers to respondent’s written

discovery on or before August 13, 2004; the parties to disclose expert witnesses on or before

September 1, 2004; all discovery to be completed on or before November 1, 2004; dispositive

motions to be filed on or before December 31, 2004.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on July 1, 2004, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
