    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties plan to meet this month to resolve some new issues raised by
    respondent’s technical unit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
