    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 11, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties were
    planning to meet to discuss settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 10, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
