NOW COMES Respondent Tim Walker, by and through his attorneys, MOHAN,
ALE WELT, PRILLAMAN & ADAMI, and for his Petition to Contest Administrative Citation,
states that he:

cannot discern from the Administrative Citation what
facts underlie the violations
alleged;

denies that any facts support the violations alleged;
