    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 26, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has not had a chance to revisit the site to determine
    whether the cleanup is finished.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 28, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
