    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 31, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties still anticipated changes at the facility the will eliminate the need for
    this appeal.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on July 26, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
