HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 20, 2005, a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer was held.
The complainant represented that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is still reviewing
a corrective action plan submitted by the respondent. The parties represent that they have agreed
on a penalty demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 7, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation and proposal for settlement is filed prior to
the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
