    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by S.T. Lawton, Jr.):
    On January 18, 2001, petitioner, Wareco Services, Inc., filed a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss without prejudice this action, which involves the review of a Leaking Underground
    Storage Tank fund reimbursement decision that was made by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency. The motion is granted, and this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
