    This matter
    comes before
    the Board upon an August 20,
    1986
    motion
    to reinstate
    filed on behalf
    of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    No response has been filed.
    By
    Order
    of August
    14, 1986 the Board dismissed this proceeding due
    to the parties’
    failure to submit a revised and updated
    settlement proposal.
    The Agency alleges that the failure
    to
    timely submit such
    a proposal was due
    to the City of Galena’s
    failure to respond
    to an Agency request
    for
    information.
    Therefore,
    the Agency requests an additional
    45 days from the
    date
    of reinstatement in which
    to submit
    the proposal.
    That
    motion
    is granted and the parties are hereby ordered
    to file a
    revised and updated settlement proposal
    on or before October
    13,
    1986.
