    On December 15,
    1982 Petitioner requested an open—ended
    extension of time to hold hearing due to illness,
    On December 17,
    1982 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency responded
    with no objection.
    Motion for extension is granted.
    The Petitioner, however,
    is directed to inform the hearing
    officer of Petitioner’s health status beginning January 30,
    1983,
    and if necessary,
    every fifteen days thereafter.
    The
    hearing officer is directed to set this matter for hearing
    as
    soon as possible after Petitioner’s health will permit.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
