    This petition was filed with the Board on March

    1990.
    On
    May 4,
    1992, the Board received a status report filed on behalf of
    petitioner
    R.
    Lavin
    &
    Sons
    and
    a
    status
    report
    filed
    by
    the
    Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency)..
    The
    status
    reports indicate that R.
    Lavin
    & Sons has been taking stormwater
    discharge samples for an extended stormwater study to be performed
    in conjunction with its negotiations with the Agency.
    The status
    reports also indicate that the study should be completed and the
    results presented to the Agency within the next 60 days.
    The Board directs the parties to file another status report
    with the Board to be received by the
    Board no later than August 1,
    1992.
