ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by B. Forcade):
On June
9, 1986, Warner Electric Brake
& Clutch Company
(“Warner”)
filed a clarification of respondents’
request for
stay.
That filing
seeks
to clarify that Warner and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency (“Agency”) have not reached an
agreement on effluent
limits
in this matter.
Warner asserts that
the May 16,
1986,
request for stay,
filed
by the Agency, may be
interpreted
to mean that Warner had agreed
to such conditions.
The Board notes
that Warner and the Agency have not agreed
to effluent limits from the facility
in question.
However,
as
the clarification requests no modification of the Board’s prior
order, none will be proposed.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify
