On February 29, 1984, the Village of German Valley filed

a

petition for variance and on March 16,

1984,

filed an amended

petition for an extension of variance presumably in response to

the Board’s Order of March

8,

1984 requesting additional

information.

The amended petition

is

deficient in the following

respects.

First,

the petition

fails

to cite the docket number of the

variance proceeding

for which an extension is

requested.

Second, while the amended petition incorporates the record,

opinions and orders of the variance proceeding for which ex-

tension is requested (presumably PCB 82—75), the petition still

fails

to indicate whether German Valley has fully complied with

all conditions of that variance and presents only very scanty

information regarding progress toward compliance.

Unless the Village files within 45 days of the date of this

Order an amended petition curing the above—noted defects,

the

petition will be subject to dismissal.
