Petitioner shall amend the petition in within 35 days from the

to

detail

and

expand

upon the reasons

for the

delay

in

not

sooner

engaging

a

consulting

engineer

and

in

devising

a

program

to

meet

the

Regulations.

The

90—day

period

for

decision

set

by

statute

shall

run

from

the

date

of

submission

of

the

amended

petition.

Failure

to

timely

file

the

additional

information

shall

make

the

petition

liable

to

dismissal

for

inadequacy.
