    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Goodman):
    On April
    20,
    1977,
    the Agency
    filed a Motion for Continuance of
    the hearing set in this matter for May 11,
    1977.
    On April
    21, 1977,
    the Celotex Corporation filed a Response
    to the Agency’s Motion and
    a Motion to Defer Public Hearing until after Appellate Court Decision
    on Celotex’s permit denial
    appeal
    (Third Judicial District, Number
    76-233).
    The Board hereby grants Celotex’s motion to stay the pro-
    ceedings herein pending the Appellate Court decision.
    The Agency’s
    Motion
    for
    Continuance
    is,
    therefore, mooL and as such is hereby
    denied.
