    On October 2,
    1980 Petitioner moved to dismiss its petition
    for review of its NPDES permit and further moved that the Boardts
    Order of September 6,
    1979 staying the effectiveness of the con-
    tested permit provisions be vacated.
    This motion, made as the
    result of issuance of a modified permit, is hereby granted.
