    Petition filed November 16, 1973 with the Board is
    inadequate in that it does not
    tell whether the property for
    which eight additional apartments
    are desired connects
    to
    a
    sewer rated
    as insufficient in transport capacity by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency.
    Petitioner shall supply this information within 30 days
    to
    the Board in an amended petition.
    A waiver shall be executed
    for the period elapsing until the filing of the amended petition
    and the 90-day period shall run from that filing.
    Failure to timely file the amended petition may render the
    petition liable to dismissal
    for inadequacy.
