HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties are making progress toward settlement, and
petitioner’s additional documentation may facilitate the resolution of the remaining
issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. CST on January 11, 2010. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
