HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 2, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant wants to depose a witness who is currently out of
state, but should be available within the next 30 days. At the next status conference a
date for the continued hearing may be set.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 14, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
