HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the
parties had reached an agreement, and planned to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 11, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
