    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On October 29, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
    with the hearing officer. The parties represented that it appears that they have reached a
    settlement and that the stipulation and proposal for
    s
    ettlement (stipulation) is being
    revised
    .
    To that end, and if needed, the respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due
    to be filed on or before December 31, 2009.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing officer on December 21, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. The
    telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
    responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
    discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
    however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
    cancelled without further notice.
