    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On October 22, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
    with the hearing officer. The parties stated that depositions of the respective expert
    witnesses will not be taken and that discovery has concluded.
    Hearing dates of February 23, 24 and 25, 2010, were discussed and agreed to. The
    location of the hearing will hopefully be secured on or before November 19, 2009.
    To that end, any pre-hearing motions are due to be filed on or before January 8,
    2010. Responses to the motions due to be filed on or before January 22, 2010. Witness
    lists due to be exchanged and submitted on or before January 8, 2010.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing officer on December 10, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. The
    telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless
    responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
    discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
