HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The petitioner stated that the above-captioned matter appears
settled but that additional documents will be forwarded to the respondent in the next 10
days for its review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on January 14, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
