    On October 26, 2009,
    the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing
    officer. The environmental consultant involved
    in this case, United Science Industries,
    Inc., recently filed for
    Chapter
    11 bankruptcy. At the next status conference, the parties hope
    to
    know more about the status of the
    company.
    The parties
    are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer
    at 9:30 a.m. on April 26,
    2010. The status conference shall be initiated
    by
    the petitioner.
    Petitioner filed an open waiver
    of the decision deadline.
