HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 15, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the parties continue with
settlement discussions and requested another telephonic status conference in two weeks.
It appears, however, that if a resolve cannot be reached in the near future, a hearing in the
above-captioned matter will be scheduled at the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 29, 2009, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
