HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are reviewing the administrative record. Respondent Hillsboro
Energy, L.L.C. agreed to file a deadline waiver to May 31, 2010 within the next week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. central time on December 14, 2009. Respondent Hillsboro Energy will
contact the parties with a conference call number.
The decision deadline is currently February 18, 2010.
