HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 14, 2009, respondents participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents’ environmental consultants are discussing the work that needs to
be done, and will file a report with complainant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
