HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 13, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the signed
settlement agreement was to be forwarded for signatures at the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 16, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
