HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent reviewed the test results, and made suggestions to
petitioner. Petitioner is reviewing the suggestions. At the next status conference,
petitioner must be prepared to file an additional deadline waiver or set the matter for
hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 17, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The current decision deadline for this case is February 18, 2010.
