HEARING OFFICER ORDER

all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has forwarded a settlement offer to
respondent for its review. Parties represented that they will continue discussions.
By agreement, respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due on or before September
4, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 26, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
