HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 27, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that they have filed a stipulation and proposal
for settlement (stipulation). The respondent made an oral motion that in the event the
Board does not accept the stipulation, that it be given an additional 45 days to answer or
otherwise plead from the date of the Board order denying the stipulation. The
complainant did not object. The respondent’s motion is granted.
