HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties will begin to exchange discovery, and plan to submit a
formal schedule within the next couple of weeks.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 19, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
