HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. A hearing was set for September 16, 2009. At the parties’ request,
the hearing will be held in Springfield. Petitioner’s brief will be due by October 26, and
respondent’s brief will be due by November 23. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline
waiver to January 7, 2010.
No status conferences are scheduled before hearing, although the parties may
contact the hearing officer if anything arises.
The decision deadline is currently November 19, 2009.
