HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 10, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant recently learned that the second phase of this subdivision is owned
by a different L.L.C. with some of the same principals, along with additional owners.
Complainant is deciding whether the complaint will need to be amended. The parties are close
to reaching an agreement, but the parties want to ensure that the second group is factored into the
settlement language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
