HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 30, 2009, the parties informed the hearing officer that the respondent has retained
an expert to assist them. The respondent represented that it still has no access to the invoices in
support of its defense.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on October 8, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
