HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are discussing settlement. Petitioner agreed to file a
deadline waiver to January 7, 2010 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently November 19, 2009.
