HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The site is clean, and the parties have reached a tentative
settlement agreement. Complainant’s attorney will send respondent a proposed
stipulation, but cannot file it until she receives her SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
