HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 12, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent issued a revised draft permit that does not address one of
petitioner’s concerns pertaining to the unique geography of this landfill. Petitioner submitted
comments to respondent’s technical unit, and is waiting for a response.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on October 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
