HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainants are waiting for their expert witness to complete his
report. Respondents shall have an opportunity to review the report before scheduling any
relevant depositions. Respondents may also hire an expert to refute complainants’ report.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainants.
