HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 24, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties agree that respondent’s deadline to answer the complaint
is September 24, 2009. The parties will continue to discuss the possibility of settlement,
and do not request a formal discovery schedule at this time.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
