HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 13, 2009, complainant contacted the hearing officer to request cancellation of
the hearing set for August 26, 2009. Complainant’s primary witness is unavailable on that date
due to surgery. A new hearing will be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
