HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney has her SAAG appointment, and respondent plans to file
a motion for summary judgment within the next two weeks.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
