HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents previously reported that the site work was
complete, but complainant’s attorney does not know if its inspector has confirmed this
report.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:00 a.m. on October 21, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
